dancedancedance33 asked: I’m 19 and I want to lose some weight for a trip I’m going on in 7 weeks. I have a treadmill but I have to be careful about my asthma. I have been doing exersizes like lunges and crunches and even some pilates tapes but I know that if I don’t bring some cardio into my workout it will be all for nothing. What kind of cardio can I do that is low impact so it won’t cause an asthma attack but will also burn fat?

Ambitious27 asked: I am trying hard to lose those last ten pounds and I just stick with losts of cardio mostly all the time. I eat healthy and I just feel that if i do weight training that it will put some weight on since muscle weighs more. I dont want to gain any!!!! Any suggestions, advice etc would be greatly appreciated=)

lala asked: Well i am subscribed to a gym and i want to lose weight before i go back to school. I go everyday and exercise about 3-5 hours. I do every kind of exercise for every part of the body. I also go to some dance class that they have there for 1 hour. I want to lose like 30 pounds. Is it possible to lose that in 2 months?
