BNM asked: I am doing the You on a Diet exercise routine and it hurts when I stretch and it is hard to get into the positions to do it because I am so out of shape. Will this eventually get more comfortable to do and will I get more flexible? One of the stretches is to touch your toes. HA HA! I cannot barely get halfway down! Will it get better!!??? I am not too overweight. I only need to lose about 25 lbs. I just want to get healthier and more flexible and stronger.

Anna asked: I’m fourteen, and I don’t exercise all too much. I want to start jogging/running, but I need some suggestions. How many days of the week? How far apart should the days be? What should I eat/drink before and after? For how long each day? During the time that I’m running, should I be running for X amount of time then walking for X amount of time, or just jogging straight through? (I can jog about a mile before having to stop)
Any other info would be appreciated, thanks!
By the way, I’m not doing this to train or anything. I just want to lose maybe five or ten pounds, and also add exercise to my life and to be healthier/more fit.

KK asked: When I exercise, I know the importance of doing cardio exercise as well as working out my muscles, but I **** running. I know its good for me because its an intese cardio workout as opposed to the elliptical or just walking. Only thing is, I haven’t ran in years, so I am out of shape and get tired easily. I quit easily when it comes to running. What’s the best way to get used to running and ease into it? I can barely even run on the treadmill for two minutes without getting tired.

alrighty. well, i want to become healthier and possibly lose about 5-10 pounds. please do not say that losing weight is not healthy : i am not going to be doing it within a week, but gradually burning it off.
