Tae Bo… I swear by it and I love it. I lost 30 pounds my first time doing, now I still do it to keep up maintenance. I have a gym membership and I would rather do this :D I also like pilates and belly dancing. All three you can eventually do on your own, I use DVD’s because I would quit way too early lol.

Housework!! I do not go to the gym, but I do about 1hr of cleaning at home every day. You do lots of cardio and toning by cleaning windows, washing floors, cleaning the bathroom ,polishing furniture, scrubbing the kitchen and vacuuming.
The older generation never went to gyms, they just cleaned their houses! As well as being fit and toned, you will have a clean house and no gym memberships or boring treadmills.

Run up and down your stairs… even in bad weather– you are inside. If you have a 2 story. I just bought a mini trampoline. The “rebounding” is great for your lymphatic system is what I have read. It was $22 @ Walmart. I have also tried Tae-Bo and is kicks your butt–that is GOOD!!!

If you haven’t jumped rope you should try it. Don’t use the cheap cloth ropes. Get one with the plastic noodles over the rope because it will help keep the arch. Do the jumping in intervals. Ex. Jump rope until tired (I last a couple of minutes and need a break). I take a 20 sec rest and jump again. Your calves and forearms will get pretty tired at first. Great Cardio Exercise!!
