Anyone With Experience With Knee Conditions PLEASE Take a Look?

think something might be up with my knee. Over the past month or two, ive been having this creaky feeling in one of my knees. It hurts and feels like something might be grinding against something else. It doesn’t really affect me much when i walk normally, but if i run or bend my knees a lot, it hurts a little. What could this be? Im really scared. I plan on visiting a doctor, im just scared of what they will say. I really love to hike and bike ride, can i continue these activities? Should i be icing it, taking any supplements, or doing anything special?

By the way, im 16yrs old and underweight, which i don’t know if that has anything to do with it. And ive never had any major sports injuries or anything

If anyone could offer advice i would really appreciate it! Thanks

I viewed the videos and understand that the board is for doing the exercise, and at the same time, viewing your progress on your TV. However, how do you hook up your TV to view the fitness program? Is it because you have to buy the console first?

Okay, i’ve physically abused my body heaps of times!!
Particularly through sports injuries and fights with fellow students. I have never really stopped to consider the consequences of my irrational behaviour but now realise my folly.
I have been bruised, beaten, tossed apart and smashed!!. Fortunately seldom in the head!! but always near my torso, stomach, back and cheeks/mouth.
My body has surprisingly managed to recuperate from these injuries quickly!!
Is this bad for my body in the long run?
and how can i seem to avoid fights when it is such an inevitable part of life in my town.
My town is peaceful and great in terms of education and living/crime, but it has a bad rep during the early colonisation of it. I think there is a spiritual connection between the town’s past and the behaviour of the people now.
Anyway, how can I avoid fights?
The mayor once brought in a group of psychics whom felt a strong, malevolent atmosphere surrounding the town despite it being regarded as one of
