I want to be healthy, but I also want fast results. So…
I’ll use a colon cleanser and take fluid tablets to get rid of access body weight.
Special K with reduced fat milk and an apple for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and as for dinner…a half portion of whatever my family’s having including desert.
I work at McDonalds, so I thought that I’d go to smoothie king and get a small smoothie during my breaks. Then, I can chew on sugar free gum while i’m working to avoid the temtaion of putting anything in my mouth.
I’ll also do a twenty minute taebo workout every morning,and an hour long dance workout three times a week.
My goal? To be healthy for the rest of my life, but to weigh 130 pounds, and look good in a swim suit by June 23rd: our disney vacation.

i can chew gum at work as long as it’s not while i’m on the register. Maybe i’ll just drink a lot of water instead. For breaks, I’ll go to China walk and load up on their vegetables. I still plan on using the colon cleanser for other reasons, but maybe i’ll skip the fluid tablets. Oh, and I know i can’t lose thirty pounds in seven weeks! I only want to be able to look okay in a one piece by then…not be anorexic.
after consulting the internet, i’ve decided to void the diruetics all together. What about fiber tablets?
