Ass Bandit asked: I am 13 years old. I weigh 155 pounds which i think is 60-75 kg but I’m not positive. I have noticeable hips. I Wear 32inch waist Levi jeans which are loose fit (the ones with the tannish tag that have the red picture and label on them). They still feel kind of tight. I’m 5′5″ tall. I have a fat stomach but not extremely fat. When I sit in this computer chair for a while there are red marks on my stomach from fat rubbing together. I really rather not purchase any workout items because I heard they’re all bs ripoffs but if there are any that are worth buying than I might buy it. Also I have very fat thighs(quadrocepts) and calfs. I could use any help on how to lose fat on those areas too. My primary goal is to lose fat. My Secondary goal is to noticeably gain muscle. Thanks for any help.

iouee1 asked: i think im quite near getting a six pack because when i tense i can see all the 6 abs i just have some flab(not much flab just when i slouch down it sticks out) there so i cant see it.
about 6 days a week i do a 30 minute run at fast speed on tredmill. im going to cut out all chocolate out my diet and eat more protein and fruit. how long would it take so the abs show all the time when im standing up or doing anything..? i also do lots of weight training.

I do 200 situps a night and 100 situps. and ocassionally pull ups… I dont know what i dhould be doing or what i am doing wrong because my meals all include protein i also take 100% whey protein and protein bars.. Lovely Lady Vette asked: I bet my boyfriend’s friend that you can’t! He’s been working on his abs but he drinks at least 4 or 5 cans of Miller Lite a day. He says because it’s lite beer, that it won’t bloat him like regular beer does. His stomach isn’t flat yet and i think it’s from the beer. He’s been doing the crunches for almost 8 weeks and he’s hardly seeing any results. Is it time for him to lay off the booze?
