clarissa.explainsitall asked: I am starting the South Beach Diet, and plan on exercising throughout to maximize my weight loss effort. However, I know that my body is going to feel very sluggish during the first 2 weeks as it is so adjusted to having an abundance of carbs. How critical is it to exercise during those first two weeks?

Adviser asked: This week our family will be cleaning out the garage. However, before anything can be done, we must first find a location where we can legally dump these things. I’ve already considered various dump sites, hiring legitimate professionals to come by and pick it up (they’ll figure out what to do with it), and a myriad of other things. But what, in your opinion, is the best way and/or location to drop off old boxes of toys, books, and moderate sized exercising equipments?
If you could provide me with a location in or around the San Antonio, Texas area, our family will greatly appreciate it!

How do you burn all that fat? How many sit-ups (crunches) should an average 12 year old do to get a flat stomach?any advice? I allso run and do alot of other activities.. Each day i get at least 2 hours of exercise.
