what are some ways a thirteen year old female can get toned druing the summer? I would like a variety of daily workouts, and a small discription of what it works and how it tones and/or helps your body build muscle. Please include ab and leg workouts. Mention of cardio workouts would be appreciated too. Alos, how long should they be done for/ how often a day, and an estimation of how long it will take into effect. Thank you!

muchluv4pets asked: What type of certification/license do you get and where can I go to school for it? I am currently an EMT, so I do have some anatomy knowledge already. Is there a reputable online school? I did go to our city’s community college to get info, but they didn’t know what I was talking about. Anyone with information, Please???

Popocatepetl asked: I am willing to start making some exercise, but i cannot make my mind if i should try yoga or go to a gym.
I have never done any sport, i’m bad with that, and i believe i have not a good physical condition, altougth i’m not fat or anything like that.
I am just convinced that i need to make something with my body for healt, and because my work is mostly sitted in front of my computer, and as much as i like it, i know it’s stressing.

jmizzle asked: I am pretty fit now and have been active for the majority of my life so far. When i am not exercising constantly (which gets harder as i get older and am not on team sports, although i do work out 5 days a week) my weight seems to go straight to below my butt, on the back of my upper thighs. Besides this issue, I am skinny, and no other areas seem to be an issue. Does anybody have any exercise suggestions that i can do by myself at a gym to help this area? I am not fat in this area but it is where I feel my most self conscious. I also have cellulite in this area, that does decrease in noticeability when this area is thinner. I run, I do elipticals, and other weight machine exercises, i just am looking for workouts that really target that area.

datchik asked: okay, here’s my problem. i dont eat breakfast, i usually have a cup a coffee with a tsp of cream and and 2 1/2 tsp of sugar. i usually dont eat anything until bout 2pm if im off from work. when i do eat, its probably a bologna sandwich with cheese and mustard. then i usually eat supper bout 9pm. i go to school on mondays and wednesdays, then i work tuesdays 7a-7p, and i work the same on some weekends. i weigh 176 right now, and i would like get down to 135 or so. here are the exercise equipment i have…..gazelle, pro ab form, ab lounge, and a weight bench with lat bar and leg lift. i also have a taebo cardio workout vid. can i see results with the equipment i have? do i need to combine all of them into one workout? i know i need to eat healthy. could someone provide me with a diet plan for someone who doesnt eat breakfast that i can stick to. thank you in advance!
