Lulu asked: I have been working out regularly for the past 3 months at the gym lifting weights, cycling, and doing aerobics. I have lost 10 lbs. and gained muscle but no matter WHAT I still have a little pudge right above my belt line in the back of my torso. Are there muscles back there that I’m not working out?

Very Nice Indeed! asked: I’m planning on becoming a yoga teacher. I’ll have 6 months living expenses saved up. Does anyone you know make a living solely from teaching yoga? Or do they do other things - if so what? And what kind of money can you make? I’d be teaching here in New York City. Thanks!

wondermom asked: I have no cartilege (degenerative joint disease) in both knees I am 35 yrs old and used to exercise daily. Pain keeps me from exercising now and it also makes arthritis worse if you DONT exercise. Any suggestions? Knee replacement is NOT an option for me at this point in my life. They are only good for 10 years (is my understanding) I can’t afford the gym and can’t access an indoor pool. PLEASE HELP.
