How do I get back on track with my eating and exercise habits?

Saturday, June 30th, 2007
Breezer asked:

That´s right-my new year´s resolution is to have better eating and exercise habits, but I need help.

Should I make a chart to assist me, or do you have other advice? Both my husband and I have gained weight since marrying last May.

six pack abs
Jonathan asked:

Im 16 years old. i am about 6 foot 165lbs. i am on an extremely healthy diet. I know that spot reduction is bologna, bogus. I do cardio such as jump rope ,running, and bicycle riding everyday. I lift weights often. I do crunches(proper form) about twice a week. I am very athletic and get about 2 hours a day of exercise. i know the key to getting six pack abs is to lose over body fat, but i am in an ideal weight. My stomach has some ab cuts, but its nowhere near how i want to look. any suggestions?

I need information on ****** toning exercises and equipment?

Friday, June 29th, 2007
cmcs asked:

I looked through some of the previous answers, but I still have some questions.

One person who claimed to be a personal trainer said that you can do anything to help your ******* because they are fat and not muscle.

but… can’t you turn fat into muscle?

and some other people said that if you buy one of these new ****** exercise machines that even if you do get results now, in the future your ******* will just sag further down and be worse than if you had left them alone.

but what if you keep doing exercises forever?

I need serious help. I used to be a size 9 and have 34 DD bra size. Since they were real they did sag a bit, but if I had to go braless for a certain dress or something I totally could as long as the clothing had even the tiniest bit of support along the bustline.

But now I’ve gained like 100 lbs. I buy 42 DDD because it’s the easiest to find, but really I need like a 40 FF (i think).

They are sagging horribly.

I’ve started losing the weight slowly (without diet or exercize–I just eliminated the substance that was causing the gain). I am losing about 2.5 lbs a week. But although the scale says I weigh less I’m not really seeing any difference in my body.

I know I need to add exercise in order to avoid having leftover saggy skin.

But what about my *******? Will any exercises or equipment work or I am going to have to get surgical bands put in to keep them lifted up?
i meant 40 EE not FF…

also, all of the options i’ve read about say they enlarge and firm. i just want to firm only.

personal trainer question?

Friday, June 29th, 2007
Mo Du asked:

My girlfriend is going to her first session with a personal trainer tonight at the local 24-Hour Fitness. I’m skeptical of their qualifications, because apparently pretty much anyone can become a certified personal trainer. All that aside, what are some key things the personal trainer should go over with my girlfriend’s first visit? What are some red flags that the trainer is not adequately qualified?
