cooldude asked:

I work out my abs mostly every night for about 30 minutes. I do various excercises to work them out (but mostly the bicycle excercise). I don’t know why I’m not getting tight abs. I eat as healthy as I can and play three different sports. Could it be because I’m only 15 or do I need to eat more protien. I don’t know?

six pack abs
kevin15776 asked:

I’ve been working on getting a flatter toned tummy but nothing seems to work. I run (try to do around 20 miles a week) and used to go to the gym, which never helped much. I’m 5′6″ and 135 lbs and my chest sticks out a lot, which might prevent abs from showing. I also try to eat well, though I could use some improvement. Any advice?
