Im equal oppertunity when it comes to sports. The only things I wont watch is hockey and nascar. But I think I can add about any womens sports to this list. I was watching the womens college world series this past weekend, and heard this woman broadcaster compare this little chubby shortstop to Derek Jeter. This was totally insane to me. Then to see the sideshow that is Michelle Wie. She has to fake an injury and drop out of an LPGA even to keep from getting kicked off the tour the rest of the year, but she plays in a few PGA events every year. And Im not gonna get started on Danika Patrick. If she didnt have a ****** do you think anyone would car what kinda care she was driving? At least the NBA was smart enough to start a womens league in basketball before women wanted to start migrating to the NBA. So women, you got your own leagues and groups to get involved in, stop trying to play with the men. you cant hang, its that simple. Who agrees with me??
Wie isnt even a member of the LPGA. She plays all her tourneys off of sponsors exemptions.

exercise while traveling?

My family is moving in a few months because my hubby is military. this means my exercise equipment will be packed up. I’m just wondering what I might be able to use as a substitute to my weight bench and eliptical trainer? Running on hard pavement is not an option for me(orthopedic reasons) and I won’t have access to a pool or gym. Between the pack out, the road trip and waiting to get into new housing its going to be about a month or so before I can use my own equipment again. I have some exercise bands and free weights I can pack in the car and use for toning but nothing for cardio. Any ideas? So far the only thing I can think of is a jump rope.
I don’t have extra room for bulky stuff like a reebok stepper. I have one and its being packed.

Personal Trainer hassle?

ok, so i been seeing a personal trainer for 3months, he’s really nice, but lately i’ve been bored, i was watching another trainer with a client and i thought wow, my trainer doesnt do that!

He doesnt email me like he said he would, he doesnt follow up on goals he says we will, he forgets what he says we will do the next week, he forgets we have an appointment, and is late every week, he was on time once, and i was shocked!

It makes me feel like my time is not important and drives me mad that he can’t even be on time! So today, he was 10minutes late, AGAIN, i cracked the shits big time and told him bout it!

You’d think for $46.50 an hour, they’d be on time, and more professional. This girl was telling me bout the other trainer, how mean he is and i was envious!

I got some free sessions so i can get in the Army. I’varranged to do 3 sessions with the new trainer, i am thinking, if it goes well, i’ll keep seeing him and stop seeing my trainer.

What should i do?
